Carpenter β Restoration
Multiple Positions Available
After water, fire, or storm damage, our carpenters are the ones who rebuild β framing, finish work, flooring, cabinetry. This role works across residential and commercial restoration projects alongside project managers and other trades to restore properties to safe, functional, and visually cohesive condition. If you take pride in your craft and want to do meaningful, skilled work on projects that matter, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural repairs and framing on buildings affected by water, fire, storm, or structural damage
- Install, repair, or replace doors, windows, flooring, staircases, and cabinetry per project specs
- Execute finish carpentry including trim, molding, and custom woodwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in carpentry β restoration or remodel background a strong plus
- Ability to read plans and work from scope documents
- Reliable transportation and basic hand and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
- A craftsperson’s standard β quality and accuracy matter here
Drywall / Interior Repair Technician
Multiple Positions AvailableAt Ram Restoration, drywall and interior repair work is a core part of what we do after every loss β water, fire, mold, and storm damage all leave walls and ceilings that need to be restored to pre-loss condition. You’ll work alongside other restoration trades on active residential and commercial job sites, making sure every project is finished to a high standard before the painter steps in.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water extraction, demolition, and removal of damaged drywall and interior materials
- Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a clean, paintable surface
- Execute interior repairs including patching, caulking, and structural drying support
- Set up and monitor drying and dehumidification equipment as needed
- Complete daily technician logs, documentation, and work orders accurately
- Coordinate with painters, carpenters, and project managers on sequencing and scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in drywall hanging and finishing (restoration background preferred, not required)
- Comfort working on active job sites alongside multiple trades
- Reliable, on-time, and team-oriented β showing up and following through matters
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification a plus β we’ll support you in earning it
Painter β Interior Restoration
Multiple Positions AvailableThe painter is often the last professional to touch a project β and that means your work is what the client takes home with them. At Ram Restoration, we need painters who understand prep, can match finishes on existing surfaces, and take pride in delivering a clean, polished result on residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage. This position will also include new construction and rebuilds.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect walls, ceilings, and trim for damage; perform prep work including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Match colors and finishes to existing surfaces or client specifications
- Perform detail touch-ups and final inspections for uniformity and finish quality
- Coordinate with drywall, carpentry, and other trades to ensure proper project sequencing
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and other stakeholders on site
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in interior painting β residential and/or commercial
- Strong prep work skills β we believe prep is everything
- Color and sheen matching experience a strong plus
- Detail-oriented with a quality-first work ethic
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic tools
- High school diploma or GED
Business Development Partner (Estimator / Sales)
Multiple Positions AvailableThis is a relationship-first, field-based sales role where you build and grow a local book of business across Dayton and the Miami Valley. You’ll partner with our internal team, develop relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and commercial accounts, and bring in the opportunities that keep Ram Restoration growing. If you thrive in a people-first environment, know construction and restoration, and have a track record of building lasting business relationships, we’d like to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, real estate firms, and commercial decision-makers
- Promote brand awareness by attending local associations, conferences, and trade events
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, working closely with operations
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and activity in the company CRM
- Contribute to marketing planning and business development strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales β restoration, construction, or insurance industry strongly preferred
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, from property managers to C-suite
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own territory and pipeline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
Restoration Technician
Multiple Positions AvailableThe Restoration Technician is the foundation of what we do. When a family’s home floods or a commercial building takes storm damage, you’re part of the team that shows up β extracting water, setting drying equipment, handling demolition, and doing the hands-on work that starts the recovery process. This role works across all of our restoration services: water, fire, mold, and storm damage on residential and commercial properties. If you’re dependable, hard-working, and take pride in serving people when they need help most, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and cleaning on restoration sites
- Set up, monitor, and maintain drying, dehumidification, and air quality equipment
- Assist with debris removal, interior repairs, and site preparation
- Complete daily technician logs, moisture readings, and restoration documentation accurately
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Communicate professionally with clients β our people show up calm, respectful, and ready to help
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented β this job runs on trust
- High school diploma or GED required
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) or related certification a plus β we’ll help you earn it
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably on active restoration job sites
