How It Works

Three Steps to Get Started

All information must be on file and updated annually to work as a subcontractor or vendor for Ram Restoration. Here’s what to do:

1

Download the Packet

Download the complete subcontractor packet below. It includes the application, code of conduct, safety agreement, and non-compete.

2

Complete & Sign It

Fill it out and sign all sections using Adobe Acrobat or your preferred PDF reader. Save the completed file to your computer.

3

Upload Everything

Re-upload the completed packet along with your W-9, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation documentation using the form below.

10-page packet includes the application, code of conduct, safety agreement, skill bio, and non-compete agreement.
Tip: Download the PDF first, then open it in Adobe Reader to fill it out and sign it.

Upload Your Completed Packet & Required Documents

All four documents are required before we can process your application. Workers’ Compensation and Certificate of Insurance originals must also be sent directly to us by your insurer.

*Important: Your Certificate of Liability Insurance must show a minimum of $1,000,000 General Liability coverage. Workers’ Compensation and Certificate of Insurance originals must be sent by your insurer directly to accounting@ramrestorationusa.com

Our Standard for Subcontractors

Ram Restoration is selective about who we work with — and that’s intentional. Every subcontractor and vendor who works under our name represents our commitment to the customers who trust us after some of the worst moments of their lives. We take that seriously.

We expect our subcontractors to show up on time, communicate clearly, perform quality work, and treat our customers and their property with the same care and respect we do. That means clean job sites, professional conduct, and accountability at every stage of the project.

We’re not the right fit for everyone — and that’s okay. But if you take pride in your craft and hold yourself to a high standard, we’d be glad to have you on our team.
